Constitutional Council Staff
Representative - Carlos DeLaTorre

Carlos DeLaTorre is a Junior in the College pursuing a Government degree and an English minor. After serving on the GUSA Executive Outreach Board in the fall of 2009, Carlos was appointed to the Constitutional Council and has continued in that role for the past two years. In addition to his role in GUSA, Carlos currently serves on the College Academic Council and the Student Activities Commission. Carlos looks forward to the work the GUSA Executive Board and Senate has in store for the Georgetown student body.
Representative - Jag Singh

Jag Singh is a senior in the School of Foreign Service majoring in International Politics. He originally hails from Edison, New Jersey, where he was involved in several local political campaigns. Since coming to the Hilltop, Jag has been an active member of the International Relations Club, as well as Awaaz, Georgetown's very own South Asian comedy group. He is excited to serve in his third and final year as a member of the GUSA Constitutional Council.
Representative - Andrew Moreno

Andrew Moreno is a Junior in the College pursuing a degree in Economics with minors in Business Administration and Psychology. He has been involved with GUSA since Freshmen year, and has served on the Executive Outreach, the Election Commission, and the Constitutional Council. Outside of GUSA, Andrew spends his time competing and staffing for the IRC, helping other students start social businesses with Compass, and grilling tons of animals with the Grilling Society. He looks forward to working with the GUSA Exec. and Senate on many of their new initiatives this year.
